A scenic loop around the Tiburon Peninsula with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay.

About This Route

Paradise Loop is one of the most popular cycling routes in Marin County, and for good reason. This 30-mile loop circumnavigates the Tiburon Peninsula, offering stunning views of the San Francisco Bay, Angel Island, the city skyline, and the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge.

The route is mostly flat with a few gentle rollers, making it ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxed ride with incredible scenery. Starting from any point along the loop, you'll pass through Tiburon's charming downtown, ride along the waterfront bike path in Corte Madera, and cruise past the marshlands of Richardson Bay.

The road surface is generally excellent, and the route is well-known to local drivers, making it one of the safer rides in the area. Weekend mornings see dozens of cyclists out on this loop, and it's common to find impromptu group rides forming along the way.
